Type an original part number (e.g. K4B4G1646E-BCMA, H5AN8G6NCJR-XNC, MT40A512M16JY-075E, LTM4644) or an HGCHIPS part number (e.g. HGD34G16S18) to locate the drop-in replacement, specifications and detail page. The database covers 244 production part numbers (including 11 Micron DDR3-1866/2133 spec-matched parts whose production status is confirmed by our FAE) plus 80 ADI µModule models in engineering validation (engineering samples available), mapped to 324 original part numbers in total (including 29 Micron DDR3-1866/2133 parts) from Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Nanya and ADI.
Cannot find your part? Email info@hgtech.cc with the full part number and your project requirements — our FAE team will reply with a replacement proposal and lead time.
The finder moves you from an original manufacturer part number to a pin-to-pin compatible part we hold in stock, and then to the datasheet or a quotation.
My part number is not in the finder. What happens next?
Send it to us. We check the original datasheet, the package and the ball-out, and come back within one business day with either a drop-in candidate or a clear statement that we cannot support it. We do not quote a part we cannot verify.
Is the replacement really pin-to-pin?
For the families we list, the ball map and land pattern are verified against the original datasheet. Where a parameter differs, we state it in the cross-reference table instead of hiding it.
What documentation do I receive with a quotation?
A cross-reference table (original part number versus our part number), the datasheet, and a per-batch test report. Failure-analysis data is available on request for qualified projects.
Are the listed prices binding?
No. Prices in the stock finder are indicative reference prices for budget planning. Final pricing is confirmed in the contract, based on quantity, delivery terms and date.
