HGCHIPS supports purchasing, quality and engineering teams with a repeatable second-source process, from part-number mapping to per-lot test evidence.
1. Cross-reference and BOM review
Send your BOM or a list of hard-to-source part numbers. We map each one to a pin-to-pin compatible candidate and flag the items that need a specification check.
2. Sample validation
Samples from 10 pcs, credited against your first production order. You validate on your own board before releasing volume.
3. Per-lot test reports
100% inspection and burn-in at our Shenzhen test centre, with per-lot data you can archive as incoming-inspection evidence.
4. Supply continuity
Stock lines ship within 48 hours from Shenzhen. For long-life programmes we can price-lock and hold buffer stock.

Second-source qualification & EOL replacement — how it works
When an original memory or power-module part goes end-of-life, or lead time stretches past your build schedule, a drop-in replacement lets you keep the same PCB and same firmware. Here is the process we run with customers.
What you receive
- Pin-to-pin cross-reference: HGCHIPS part number, original part number, package and speed grade
- Datasheet for the HGCHIPS part
- Per-batch test report
- Commercial offer with reference unit price and 500+ price, in CNY ex-works (USD on request)
